Return & Replacement Policy

At DTF West Coast, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not accept general returns, we are committed to making things right in the event of print defects, incorrect orders, missing parts, or damaged items.

If your product arrives with a defect, damage, or missing part caused by a printing, production, or shipping error, we will send a replacement or the missing part at no cost to you, including free shipping. There is no need to return the original item in these cases.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, defective, or missing parts:

  1. You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Contact us at support@dtfwestcoast.com and include the following:

    • Your order number

    • A brief explanation of the issue

    • Clear photographs of the defect, damage, or incorrect item

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will ship a replacement or missing part free of charge. No return or return shipping is required for defective, damaged, or missing items.


Important Information

  • No General Returns: Due to the nature of custom printing, we do not accept returns for personalized or made-to-order items, including DTF transfers and gang sheets.

  • Claim Deadline: All claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Report Physical Damage Promptly: Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
